This policy explains what personal data Revo Realty Real Estate Brokers L.L.C ("Revo Realty", "we") collects through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

What we collect
- Inquiry and consultation forms: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address, what you are looking for, your budget range, and any message you write.
- Job applications: your name, email, phone number, emirate, years of experience, cover message and CV.
- WhatsApp: if you choose to message us, the conversation takes place on WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own terms.
- Technical data: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested, to keep the website secure and running.
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and help you buy, sell, rent or invest in property.
- To review job applications and contact candidates.
- To keep the website secure, including filtering spam and abusive submissions.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations as a licensed real estate broker.
We never sell your personal data.
Who we share it with
- Service providers working for us: our website host (Cloudflare), our secure database and file storage provider (Supabase), and our customer management system, which store your details securely on our behalf.
- Parties to your transaction: developers, banks or other parties, only when needed for a transaction you ask us to handle.
- Authorities: when the law requires it.
Third-party content on this site
Some parts of this page are loaded from other providers: Google reviews (shown through Elfsight), our Instagram feed (shown through Behold) and web fonts (Google Fonts). When your browser loads them, those providers receive your IP address and basic browser information, under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry details for as long as we need them to help you and to meet our legal obligations, then delete or anonymise them. We keep job applications for up to 12 months, unless you ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a particular purpose, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Email connect [at] revorealty.ae and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
This website is served only over encrypted HTTPS connections. Form submissions are stored privately and are only accessible to authorised Revo Realty staff.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
